A 4-week online postpartum Pilates and corrective exercise journey designed for mothers in their early months after birth. Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, this program gently reconnects you with your body- physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

This is not a “bounce back” plan. This is sacred, intentional movement for your nervous system, your core, and your whole self.

Monica 

Monica is a certified Pilates instructor / Prenatal Postpartum corrective exercise specialist, postpartum guide, and mother devoted to helping women reconnect with their bodies in the sacred season after birth. With a trauma-informed, intuitive approach, she blends movement, nervous system healing, and spiritual reflection into a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Her work is rooted in the belief that postpartum is not a return- it’s a rebirth. Through gentle guidance and embodied support, Monica holds space for mothers to feel safe, seen, and strong again - inside and out.

Testimonials

Equipment - both required AND optional

  • 2 Regular Sized Bath or Beach Towels

    (required)

  • Pilates/Yoga Mat

    (required for stability / to prevent slipping around)

  • 8 - 10 inch Pilates Ball

    (recommended BUT you can use a towel roll to substitute if needed)

  • Resistance Band (for arms)

    (Recommended - either with or without handles)

  • Yoga Block

    (Recommended - you can also use a text book or two or anything around the home that is solid and 3 inches wide.)

  • Hand Weights (1 - 3lbs)

    (Optional - used for progressing exercises. Can use baby bottles, water bottles or other items found at home.)

  • Booty Band

    (Optional for progressions)
